We offer two shipping options:
1. Standard Delivery (DPD or Interlink Express): Free Shipping
Home delivery within 3-7 working days (indicative time frame)
2. Express Delivery (DPD or Interlink Express): £15
Home delivery within at least 2 working days (indicative time frame for a large number of destinations) from order confirmation if order placed before noon.

Working day delivery times for Express orders placed before noon are: BELFAST 1 day (d), BIRMINGHAM 1d, EDINBURGH 1d, GLASGOW 1d, HIGHLANDS and NORTHERN SCOTLAND 2-3d, HEBRIDES + ORKNEY + SHETLAND ISLANDS 4d, LONDON 1d, MANCHESTER 1d, READING 1d, STOCKPORT 1d, and OTHER DESTINATIONS 2d.
With the Standard option, delivery could take up to 5 days. Merchandise for the following regions will not be processed: JERSEY, GUERNSEY, and The ISLE of MAN.
Delivery time is considered as the time to the first presentation of the consignment, except as a result of circumstances beyond our control (notably days with imposed driving bans, public holidays in France or abroad, hold-ups in customs, force majeure).
French and UK 2014 public holidays are not counted as working days when delivery times are being calculated. The days concerned are: 1 January - 18 and 21 April – 1, 5, 8, 26 and 29 May – 9 June – 14 July – 15 and 25 August – 1 and 11 November – 25 and 26 December.
While we do our very best to deliver your products within the timeframes defined above, delivery dates remain estimates, they are not guaranteed, and cannot be invoked against us. However, the delivery within the maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Delivery Email is guaranteed.
Should the situation arise where it proves impossible to respect the initially planned delivery date, you will be informed as soon as possible, while also indicating a new estimated delivery date, without incurring any liability, provided, however, that you cancel your order if the delay in delivering it exceeds thirty (30) days. To cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will refund your order and any shipping charges if our product is not delivered within 30 days.
We ask you to please note that the transporter will require a signature upon delivery and cannot provide the products without one.
If you place an order for several items, we might be obliged to deliver your products in more than one package or over several dates. If it is necessary to resort to more than one delivery, you will be notified in advance.
Your order will be sent to the delivery address indicated at time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible if this address is incorrect or incomplete.
During checkout or by logging into to your online store account, you can add new addresses to your account, so each time you check out you can choose from these stored addresses.
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
After you place an order with vilebrequin.com, we will email you to confirm your order and again at the time of shipping. Please save these emails for your records.
